What a bad start on the luvly Monday morning

Todays is Monday. I had wake up pretty early. Hoping this will be a great start for this coming whole week.
Listen to the radio, brushing my teeth, shower and even have a shave.
Everything looks so great!
Until 9am just now.

Today Im expecting a new recruit office coordinator to come report on duty.
She didnt turn up on time. I wait until 10am. I kinda frustrated so I gave her a call.
She pick up the phone and said she is sorry for cant take this job because bla bla bla....

I cant blame her for whatever reason she got. Thats her call. But Im just not feeling good about her attitude on responding on this. She already know she wont take this job for some times. She SHOULD contact and tell me. But not just sit there and wait for my call.

This is not the first time I have this happen. Last candidate also do the same. Agree to take the job offer but last minute not coming and didnt even switch on her cell phone until a week later. Oh man.... what actually in their mind?
Really hard for me to think as the young people nowadays think.

Am I getting old?
